4 Maple Lodge Farms Chicken Burgers
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
4 slices fresh pineapple (sliced about 1/4 inch thick)
4 oz havarti cheese, sliced
4 kaiser or hamburger buns
Additional barbecue sauce for dipping
Step 1: Grill Maple Lodge Farms Chicken Burgers, from frozen, over medium-high heat, according to package directions. After turning burgers, brush barbecue sauce over cooked surface. When finished cooking, flip and brush other side with barbecue sauce. Step 2: Meanwhile, grill pineapple slices until lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove to plate; cover to keep warm. Step 3: Place cheese slices on top of burgers, close lid of barbecue to melt cheese. Step 4: Place cooked chicken burgers on buns (toast buns on grill if desired), top with pineapple slices. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
