Panko Roasted Drumsticks

8 Fresh From The Farm Drumsticks, skin removed
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Panko crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Step 2: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and garlic.
Step 3: In shallow bowl, combine Panko crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasonings, ground black pepper and salt; toss with melted butter.
Step 4: Brush drumsticks evenly with mayonnaise mixture then dip into crumb mixture, turning to coat well and shaking off any excess.
Step 5: Arrange in single layer on parchment lined baking pan, without touching.
Step 6: Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, on lower oven rack, until golden brown and juices run clear.
