Teriyaki Chicken Skewers with Satay SaucePreparation Time: about 15 minutes

4 Maple Lodge Farms Teriyaki Chicken Breasts, thawed
1. Cut Maple Lodge Farms Teriyaki Chicken Breasts into cubes and thread onto skewers.
2. Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan and cook, stirring often, over medium heat until smooth and thickened, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl; let cool. (May also be cooked in microwave in glass bowl.)
3. Broil or grill skewers, over medium-high heat, for about 10 minutes, turning once, or until cooked. Serve with Satay Sauce.
*TIP: Before using, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 10 minutes.
