4 Maple Lodge Farms Chicken Breasts
Plump chicken breasts, smothered in a creamy basil and white wine sauce, is easy to prepare.
1. In a large skillet, cook the Maple Lodge Farms Chicken Breasts in butter and oil until lightly browned on both sides and no longer pink in the middle. Remove to a plate, cover with foil and keep warm.
2. Add shallots to skillet; cook until softened. Add wine and simmer for about 3 minutes or until reduced by half.
3. Add cream, basil, and chicken juices (from plate); cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Return chicken to skillet and heat through, but do not allow to boil. Serve immediately.
