Fresh BLT Sandwich

This BLT sandwich is dressed so fresh and so clean clean! Who knew healthy sandwich’s could be so delicious!

PREP TIME: 10 minutes | COOKING TIME: 0 minutes | SERVING SIZE: 1


2 slices Natural from The Farm Oven Roast Cooked Turkey Breast Deli  

2 slices Maple Lodge Farms Original Chicken Bacon Style, cooked 

1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise 

1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard 

2 slices whole wheat Texas toast, toasted 

2 thick slices tomato 

1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded romaine lettuce 


1. Spread mayonnaise and mustard over 1 slice of bread. Top with tomato slices, turkey slices, chicken strips and shredded lettuce.

2. Cap with remaining bread. Cut in half.

Tip: Use your favourite bread to make this sandwich: rustic Italian, whole grain, brioche or rye bread all work nicely.
