Spooky Smokies Spaghetti

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES | COOKING TIME: 20 MINUTES | SERVING SIZE: 4

Ingredients

4 Maple Lodge Farms Smokies Chicken Sausages, sliced
12 ounces spaghetti
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt
2 olives
1 red pepper
1 package fresh Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Step 2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook Smokies Chicken Sausages for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3. Meanwhile, begin to make the eyes: cut Mozzarella cheese into round slices. Cut the olives in half to make the middle and begin to thinly slice red pepper as the bloodshot portion of the eyes.
Step 4. Once the eyes are complete, use the remainder of the olives to make a moustache and use little bits of the Mozzarella cheese as teeth.
Step 5. Add the cooked spaghetti and Smokies Chicken Sausages onto a plate, add tomato sauce and begin to place the face of the monster together.
